A free turn-based fantasy RPG in your browser: read the boss, Brace the big hit, find your spec. No ads, never pay-to-win.

Short description

Realm of Embers is a free fantasy RPG you play in your browser on phone, tablet or PC. Pick one of six classes and 18 specs, fight turn-based battles where every boss has its own mechanic, clear six dungeons with 23 bosses, climb the Endless Tower and join the weekly World Boss that the whole realm fights together. It is made by one developer from the Netherlands, with regular patches shaped by the players in the Discord.

Game and design: G.G.V.K. Realm of Embers is my game: every idea, design and decision is mine. I use AI as a tool for the code and for some pixel art made in code, never an image generator. Music and many sprites come from human CC0 artists: 0x72 (Dungeon Tileset II), Pixel-boy & AAA (Ninja Adventure), Clint Bellanger (Tiny Creatures), Kenney (Tiny Dungeon, RPG Audio) and the Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup team (gear icons).
